Presentation Time: I understand that the presentation time is 15 minutes for presentation followed by 10 minutes for discussion.

Self-Funded Travel/Stay: I confirm that travel and stay arrangements will be self-funded by the author(s) unless prior approval by sponsors/IMEI.

Submission Deadlines: I acknowledge the submission deadlines: Synopsis - 30 April 2026 (extended to 15 June 2026), Final Paper - 31 August 2026.

Plagiarism/AI Policy: I confirm that the submitted work is original and not plagiarized. I accept the conference policy on AI-generated content.

Copyright Declaration Consent: I consent to the copyright declaration that the paper, if accepted, will be published in the conference proceedings.
